Maria Masington is a writer from Wilmington, Delaware. Her poetry has been published in The News Journal, The Red River Review, and Damozel Literary Journal. Maria is a member of the Written Remains Writer Guild, the Wright Touch Writer’s Group, and was selected to participate in the 2012 Delaware Division of the Arts Poets and Writers Retreat. The first Tuesday of every month, you can find her at the Newark Arts Alliance where she emcees their open mic night, for writers of all genres to share their work. Masington’s day job is serving as president and executive manager of Lutz Engineering, Inc., which she co-owns with her husband. Their life consists of two sons, two dogs, and too many interests to count.
